DSB1 students and staff explore and learn through opportunities inside and outside the classroom, including valuable partnerships with community members, organizations, Knowledge Keepers, and Elders.
In DSB1, students and staff learn, promote, and revitalize Indigenous languages through three Cree language courses, one Anishinaabemowin language class at four secondary schools, and Cree language courses at three elementary schools.
