Students in Timiskaming District Secondary School's Construction and ICT SHSM programs took part in an engaging VR Day that explored career pathways in the skilled trades. Using immersive simulators, they safely experienced trades like welding, automotive spray painting, operating a skid steer, and driving farm equipment while building skills and safety awareness.

Feeling stressed before a test is totally normal — a little stress can even help you focus. But too much can get in the way.
